GlobeSt. presents...

CRE's Aspiring Leaders of 2024

The commercial real estate industry has consistently gained traction among young professionals within recent years. As new generations enter the business, the industry continues to benefit from fresh viewpoints, innovative practices, new approaches to dealmaking, inventive technology and more.

Working to understand the nuances of today’s ever-evolving market, this generation of outstanding professionals continues to generate revolutionary practices, create robust activity and revenue for firms and serve as forward-thinking advisors to clients. With this in mind, GlobeSt. is once again looking to distinguish and honor the young individuals that are making strides and creating lasting impacts on the commercial real estate industry.

For the CRE's Aspiring Leaders of 2024 recognition (previously CRE's Fifty Under 40), GlobeSt. is seeking ambitious and talented professionals, under the age of 40, who hold solid track records of noteworthy transaction volume and significant contributions to their company’s overall success. CRE's Aspiring Leaders of 2024 will highlight the industry's best and brightest young professionals that stand out among their counterparts and will likely serve at the helm of commercial real estate organizations in the future.

The extended nomination deadline is February 21, 2024.

Once the nomination portal is closed, we will no longer accept submissions.
