Our seasoned editorial team is seeking the best of the best across the commercial real estate spectrum. In evaluating the entries, we take into account a number of factors, including:
 
Criteria
  • The nominee’s impact on, and reputation within, her firm and broader professional community;
  • The nominee’s professional career highlights, from dealmaking savvy and innovation to client satisfaction and personal growth;
  • A proven ability to achieve goals and display ingenuity in terms of creative thinking and problem solving;
  • Her dedication to furthering the development of her field and the role of women within it;
  • Accomplishments and involvement in her company, the CRE industry and broader social community;
  • A personal commitment to the highest ethical standards, service and excellence.
 
What You Need to Know
Because we want to get a thorough picture of each candidate, we encourage you to be as specific as possible when filling out the nomination form—provide facts, figures and qualitative examples or testimonials, when applicable. You may also submit supporting material to bolster your nomination.

All nominations must include color headshot (minimum 300 dpi file in .jpg format, at least 2x3 inches in size). All entries must be electronically submitted via this form (e-mail and fax are not acceptable). Late or incomplete entries will not be considered. All fields are required.

Individual Awards

You must submit your nominee for consideration in any of the applicable categories below (categories 1 through 18). However, each response must be unique to that category.

For each entry, please address the following criteria in 750 words or less.
 
  • Outline how the nominee exemplifies the characteristics and description of the given category. We are looking for a balance between career and business success and a nominee’s impact and efforts on achieving greater parity in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Provide as much detail as possible, particularly in terms of her accomplishments, efforts and activity over the past year. Include examples and anecdotes, facts and figures, success stories and testimonials.
  • What makes her does she stand out as the ideal selection for the award?
  • Has she faced particular challenges in her role? If so, how did she overcome them?
  • How has she shown a significant commitment to, and has made a lasting impact on, her company, field and greater industry?
  • How does she demonstrate her commitment to developing, mentoring and promoting women in commercial real estate? In what ways is she a cultural and professional influencer and champion of change?
