The Hotel Royal Evian Resort in Évian-les-Bains, France is home to the GlobeSt. ELITE Global CRE Investor Forum.
Do I need to reserve a hotel room?
Once you have a confirmed registration for the GlobeSt. ELITE Global CRE Investor Forum, a hotel room will automatically be reserved for you for the evening of Monday, October 21st and Tuesday, October 22nd. If you do not need this room, it is important you let one of the events team know.

Can my spouse attend?
Yes, we have arranged a spouse package which includes: Double occupancy at the hotel for two nights’ accommodation Airport transfer (for those arriving on the recommended flights listed below) A choice of leisure activity from the options provided on the afternoon of Tuesday October 20th All meals, including a champagne reception and black tie gala dinner

Is there wifi available in the hotel?
Yes, there will be complimentary wifi access available in all rooms of the hotel throughout the duration of your stay.
Where do I book my breakout/leisure options?
Roughly 2-3 weeks before the event you will be sent a pre-event survey. This survey will give you the option to select which break-out sessions you wish to attend, which leisure activities you would like to participate in and allow you to provide information regarding accommodation, dinner attendance, dietary requirements and any other specific requirements you wish to be met. It is important you complete this survey.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the Tuesday evening gala dinner will be black tie. The dress code for the rest of the forum is casual business attire.

You can of course make your way to the event on your preference of flights, however we will be arranging a coach transfer for people arriving and departing on the following flights (or at a similar time).Arriving

There will be a coach departing for Hotel Royal, Evian from Geneva airport at 10:00am on October 21st and departing Hotel Royal on October 23rd at 12:30pm. Please ensure you let us know if you would like to make use of this transfer so we can reserve you a seat. Should you arrive at an alternative time, it is down to you to make your own way to and from the event.
