Attendee Criteria

A majority of the primary delegates will be acquired directly by ALM programming team as speakers and via a concentrated advisory board outreach. Selections are based on creating a desirable mix of investment types and geographic representation.

In addition to the hand-picked targets, professionals will be able to submit an application to attend the event at $1,995 registration rate. A maximum of fifteen (15) qualified participants will be offered admittance.

Admission Includes

  • One conference ticket
  • Two-night single occupancy accommodation at the The Royal Evian Resort -- checking in Monday, October 21st and checking out Wednesday, October 23rd.
  • Airport transfers for those arriving at the recommended arrival time
  • All meals and drinks receptions, including the gala dinner and the champagne cocktail reception
  • Leisure activity on day 2

*Spouse packages are available at a rate of $795. This package includes double occupancy and all meals, including a champagne reception and black tie gala dinner, a choice of leisure activity & airport transfers for those arriving and departing at the suggested times.

Those providing any service to the real estate community including providing financing, brokerage, advisory, insurance, custody and administration, accounting, legal and other professional services are among those not eligible for conference delegate passes.
