GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum Presents

Rainmakers in CRE Debt, Equity & Finance

The commercial real estate capital market has been robust since the pandemic slowed. This is without a doubt good news, however, this does not mean that the men and women who navigate these markets—either as lenders or as arrangers of debt and equity transactions—have it easy. The nuances of these markets and their periodic ups and downs require a certain mastery that can be painstaking to develop, especially considering the many sources of capital that make up the CRE money stack.

With this in mind, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum is seeking to shine a spotlight on commercial real estate’s capital players – the lenders and the capital market experts that so deftly place debt and equity in what can be very complex transactions.

For the 2022 Rainmakers in CRE Debt, Equity and Finance series, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum will profile not only individual pioneers who have made an impact through their efforts, but also organizations and the teams within that have become critical to the industry.

The nomination deadline is Friday, Oct 22 (at 11:59PM PST)

We will accept submissions as long as the form remains open.
