What information/data will I need to apply?

The complete nomination form, including all questions and word limits, is available for download here. Please note that this is for preparation purposes only. Final entries must be submitted online, via the Nomination Portal.

Who may apply?

The form is open to any individual or organization whose primary business is in net lease real estate and related fields, such as law, research, design and consulting.

Can I nominate myself?

Yes. We accept self-nominations, as well as third-party submissions.

I was selected as a Net Lease Influencer last year. Can I apply again this year?

To avoid redundancy, we encourage submitters to nominate candidates that have not previously been recognized as a Net Lease Influencer. We try to vary the Influencers that we profile from year to year, however, this is limited to the type of nomination that you are submitting. For instance, if your organization or team was previously selected as a Net Lease Influencer, you may submit again this year as an individual. Conversely, if you were previously chosen as an individual Influencer, you may be nominated as part of a team or company, this year. In either case, your nomination must include updated information that does not mirror the previous year’s submission.

No problem! Click here to view or modify your entry.

How and when will winners be notified?

Editorial staff will send email notifications to the chosen Influencers and their submitters by early-July. Due to the high volume of nominations that we receive, only those selected will be notified.

When will the issue come out?

The Influencers in Net Lease Real Estate will be profiled in the September 2021 issue of GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum, which will be distributed in early September. Influencers will additionally gain recognition on GlobeSt.com.

Is there a fee to apply?

No. Submission to this, as well as all of our editorial content, is free.

How do I increase my chances of being selected?

Be as descriptive, yet concise as possible. Sounds redundant, but it’s simple. Provide details on why you think your nominee should be chosen as an Influencer, but leave out the fluff, like marketing content and self-congratulatory comments. Don’t hide the items of importance within pages of trivialities. Support your entry and statements with backup information—we love facts and figures.
