Influencers in Net Lease 2024

Like all other sectors of the commercial real estate industry, the net lease space has seen a slowdown in transactions as buyers and sellers work through their respective issues before they can strike a deal. Still, the sector remains the backbone of the CRE community and it continues to be a beacon for investors eager for its steady returns. The beginning of the year has provided hope to participants that this year will see more transactions as buyer and sellers move to agreement on pricing and as the Federal Reserve moves forward with interest rate cuts. 

The next installment of GlobeSt.’s Influencer series will feature some of the most notable professionals in the net lease real estate scene, from developers, investors and brokers to those introducing new concepts and products to the business.

GlobeSt. is seeking the professionals, teams and organizations that have helped shape the net lease field and where it is headed. Be it through their contributions to the industry, the vast successes they’ve racked up in completing deals and projects, or the innovations and best practices they’ve introduced to the business, these are the 2024 Influencers in Net Lease Real Estate.

The extended nomination deadline is May 29, 2024.

Once the nomination portal is closed, we will no longer accept submissions. 

What You Need to Know

  • You may nominate individuals, teams or organizations. If nominating individuals, please submit no more than five nominees per company. If nominating a team or company, please include only leaders and key members. We encourage you to limit your entries to those who have made indelible impacts on the business.
  • Each submission for an individual nominee must include a professional headshot. Image must be in color, minimum 300 dpi files in .jpg format.
  • Final entries must be submitted via the Nominate Now portal (e-mail and fax are not acceptable). Late entries will not be considered.
