Elizabeth Boldin Thomas serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Transformation and Intelligence at Centennial. She focuses on aligning people, processes and platforms on initiatives that prepare teams for an evolving business environment and strategic portfolio growth. Her work combines cross-functional collaboration, operational improvements and digital transformation to ultimately support employee engagement, performance and client service.

During her 11 years at Centennial, she previously led marketing and research initiatives for its diverse portfolio of large-format retail assets, translating data into actionable insights and impact-focused strategies. Elizabeth began her career in agency settings, where she managed integrated marketing campaigns and planned high-profile events across corporate, nonprofit, and political sectors. These early experiences sharpened her attention to detail and cultivated a deep understanding of client service—principles that continue to inform her approach today.

At home, Elizabeth finds balance through life with her husband and two young boys. Elizabeth graduated from Boston University and serves on the ICSC North American Research Group. She enjoys contributing to industry webinars and fostering the next generation of CRE.
