Marcy is the Market Leader for the Denver office of Avison Young, where she is known for driving revenue growth, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional client service. Her passion lies in developing high-performing teams, strengthening industry relationships, and creating pathways for professionals to excel in all lines of business but specifically brokerage, valuation, hospitality, property management, and investment sales. Before joining Avison Young, Marcy built a distinguished 15-year career at CBRE. She served as Senior Managing Director with the firm’s Strategic Account Group as well as CBRE’s Americas Client Care program. She was the global lead for the Morgan Stanley account while also providing domestic oversight to the Allianz US, Nuveen, and Credit Suisse accounts. Earlier in her career with CBRE, she was a Managing Director of Asset Services for Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. In this role, she oversaw a portfolio of 30 million square feet, led 250 professionals, and managed relationships with 70 clients, ensuring operational excellence and strategic asset positioning.
