With an extensive background in real estate and executive leadership, Whitney Livingston currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the pre-eminent membership organization serving retail and real estate professionals globally. At ICSC, Whitney is responsible for leading all company operations, including event marketing, membership services, and talent development initiatives while collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team to execute the ICSC 2025+ strategy.
Prior to joining ICSC in February 2025, Whitney was President and Chief Operating Officer at Centennial Real Estate, a national owner, operator, and developer of retail and mixed-use properties. She was instrumental in the company's strategic planning, property operations, asset management, investments, marketing, and investor relations. Most notably, during Whitney’s 7- year tenure at Centennial, she grew the organization from 70 employees with 8 assets totaling 7 million SF to over 300 employees with 32 assets totaling 26 million SF. Whitney spent the first 13 years of her career at Madison Marquette in various leadership roles, most recently serving as head of retail property services.
Throughout her career, Whitney has earned a reputation as a transformative leader, known for uniting teams around a shared vision, driving organizational change, and delivering measurable results.
