Joining Artes Capital in 2020 as an Originations Coordinator, Samantha quickly distinguished herself through her exceptional project coordination skills and talent for achieving successful outcomes. Her ability to seamlessly integrate every detail of a transaction has been instrumental to her success and subsequent promotion.
“Someone once described my role as chasing squirrels while juggling chainsaws with my eyes closed,” Samantha says. “But my superpower is knowing which balls are rubber and which are glass. And in a fast-paced environment like commercial lending, that type of skill is required.”

Originally from Miami, Samantha moved to New York City to attend Marymount Manhattan College. After relocating to Los Angeles, she gained valuable local real estate knowledge working for a residential agent. She honed her project management expertise across various industries before spending nine years at Cantor Commercial Real Estate, ultimately bringing her wealth of experience to Artes Capital.

Balancing a demanding career with family life is one of Samantha's proudest accomplishments. When she's not orchestrating complex deals, you can find her baking up treats or lending a hand to her husband's popular barbecue pop-ups.
