Kristin Geenty, SIOR is a nationally recognized commercial & industrial real estate professional with over 25 years’ experience in all facets of the industry. Her areas of expertise include the representation of commercial real estate owners in the selling & leasing of property, investors in the acquisition & management of commercial properties and tenants & business owner occupants large & small in the procurement of facilities, particularly in the suburban office, light-industrial & warehouse sphere. Within the light-industrial asset class, Kristin is well regarded for her acumen with regard to the necessities and logistics related to light-industrial and warehouse properties, the stringent requirements of the Bio-Science sector, lab design and medical office fit-up, as well as for her acuity related to land acquisition for build-to-suit construction & development. Kristin has been a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) since 2003, serving in both elected office and on numerous committees for that international organization. Kristin is the president & owner of The Geenty Group, Realtors-Commercial Real Estate in Branford, Connecticut.
