Retail commercial real estate is showing remarkable resilience and fresh momentum heading into 2026, with limited new construction, persistently low vacancy rates, and shifting consumer preferences as key drivers. As retailers and landlords compete for high-traffic locations and sign longer-term leases, industry analysts anticipate the combination of limited new supply and resilient rent growth will provide continued stability and opportunity for investors throughout the rest of the year.
With this in mind, GlobeSt.’s 2026 Influencers in Retail Real Estate recognition will highlight prominent and impactful leaders within the sector. GlobeSt. will honor not only the individual pioneers who have impacted the industry, but also the organizations and the teams within that have become critical to the industry.
You may nominate individuals, teams or organizations. If nominating individuals, please submit no more than five nominees per company. If nominating a team or company, please include only leaders and key members. We encourage you to limit your entries to those who have made indelible impacts on the business.
Individual nominations must include a professional headshot, and company nominations must include the organization’s logo. Images must be in color, minimum 300 dpi files in .jpg format.
