Jose R. Cruz

Mr. Cruz is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Office Head in HFF’s New Jersey office and a member of the firm’s leadership committee. He specializes in investment sales throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut and also oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s New Jersey office. During the course of his more than 25-year commercial real estate career, Mr. Cruz has been involved in more than $25 billion of office, industrial, retail, multi-housing and land sales.
 
Mr. Cruz joined the firm in March 2010. Prior to HFF, he was the Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York Area Investment Sales Group where he spent more than 17 years. Cruz began his real estate career as a Real Estate Analyst at PaineWebber, UBS, Inc.
Paul Garvey

Since 1986, Mr. Garvey has worked with clients and customers in the greater Philadelphia marketplace and has structured sales and leases for over 7.0 million square feet. Mr. Garvey majored in Finance and Management and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He was an officer in the U.S. Navy stationed shipboard and in Europe.
 
Throughout his career Paul has served in leadership roles in not-for-profit organizations – including the Philadelphia Relief Foundation, Pennsylvania Foundation for Housing Opportunity, Realtors Political Action Committee, the Delaware Valley Green Building Council and the TriState Realtors Commercial Alliance. He is currently a board member or officer of the Fairmont Park Historic Preservation Trust, the Boy Scouts of America, Cradle of Liberty Council, the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors, and the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation – Philadelphia Committee. He serves as Chairman of the Alliance for a Better Pennsylvania.
 
He has lectured on real estate topics numerous organizations such as 7x24, the Counselors of Real Estate, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Continuing Professional Education.
James E. Sindoni

Mr. Sindoni was appointed in 2015 as Vice President and State Manager for Fidelity National Title Group, National Commercial Services at 1515 Market Street in Philadelphia. He’s has been in the title industry for over 40 years, including previous employment at Commonwealth Land Title Insurance for 35 years, having performed most of the functions in the title insurance industry with progressively successful experience and has accumulated extensive knowledge of Title Insurance, Real Estate Investments Industries and associated products and services.
 
Sindoni has participated in many title insurance seminars and has spoken before several industry related organizations, in multiple states.
 
He served three terms as Chairperson of the Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania. Also was a member of the Delaware Title Insurance Rating Bureau, the Delaware Valley Association of Realtors, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Greater Philadelphia and served on various committees at the Pennsylvania Land Title Association.
Chris Terlizzi

Christophe P. Terlizzi is Senior Vice President and Market Leader for Commercial Real Estate Lending at Key Bank, a $130 billion national bank headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Terlizzi is responsible for Eastern Pennsylvania and supervises a lending team whose combined portfolio totals ~$1billion in commercial real estate loans.
 
He is a senior banking executive with 45 years of experience, specializing in all aspects of commercial real estate lending. His duties have included directing loan policy, setting operating procedures and charting business strategy for various regional banks ranging in size from $2 billion to $160 billion in assets.
 
Mr. Terlizzi is past chairman of the Philadelphia District Council of the Urban Land Institute, Treasurer of Central Philadelphia Development Corporation, Center City District, the Center City District Foundation, Passyunk Avenue Revitalization Corp, 10,000 Friends of PA and a Director of the Philadelphia Economy League. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University with a BS in Business Administration. He is a frequent panelist and guest lecturer on commercial real estate lending and has served as an expert witness in a variety of cases involving commercial real estate litigation.
Robert Walters

Robert W. Walters has been actively involved in the real estate industry for 36 years. Throughout his career in real estate, he has participated in virtually every aspect of the real estate business including strategic planning, marketing, negotiation and management. As Executive Managing Director of CBRE, Mr. Walters is dedicated to process-driven results and quality client service.
 
Mr. Walters has oversight for the real estate services operations for CBRE throughout Pennsylvania as well as those of the Mt. Laurel, NJ and Wilmington, Delaware offices. Noteworthy accomplishments achieved during his more than 35-year career with CBRE include twice receiving the Frank J. Mahoney “Chairman” Award for leadership – Mr. Walters was the 2011 recipient.
 
In 2012, Mr. Walters received the Trammel Crow Master Builder Award, presented annually to a CBRE leader who is continuing Mr. Crow’s legacy of pioneering spirit, relentless drive and extraordinary vision. More recently, Mr. Walters led the acquisition of Fameco, expanding CBRE’s retail footprint in the Delaware Valley and Northern New Jersey. In 2007, Mr. Walters directed the successful integration of Trammell Crow Company after its merger with CB Richard Ellis. In 2003, Mr. Walters also led the local merger of CB Richard Ellis and Insignia/ESG, the two largest firms in the Philadelphia region.
 
Mr. Walters began his career in real estate with CB in 1979 as an industrial sales/leasing specialist. As one of CBRE’s top salespersons in Philadelphia, Mr. Walters was later chosen as Vice President, Industrial Properties for the Eastern US. He is a licensed broker in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, West Virginia, and Maryland. He participates in numerous merger/acquisition activities on behalf of CBRE in the Eastern US. Mr. Walters is involved in an advisory capacity for the CBRE National Partner and Joint Venture Initiative. He is an active supporter of the Salvation Army, William Penn Charter School, Northwestern, Virginia and Duke Universities. He is a past member of the Board of Chestnut Hill Fathers Club, a founding member of Select Greater Philadelphia, and a current board member of Central Philadelphia Development Council (CPDC).
