GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum Presents

Rainmakers in CRE Debt, Equity and Finance 2023

Rising interest rates are putting a crimp in commercial real estate finance, especially as valuations become less clear to underwriters. While few are expecting the dearth of liquidity seen during the Great Recession, deals are definitely getting harder to negotiate for borrowers, some of whom may not be able to refinance at all depending on how high rates go. This is the environment the men and women who navigate these markets either as lenders or as arrangers of debt and equity transactions—find themselves in right now, but we can trust that their expertise will carry them through these tough moments.

For the 2023 Rainmakers in CRE Debt, Equity and Finance recognition, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum will profile not only the individual pioneers who have impacted the industry through their efforts, but also the organizations and the teams within that have become critical to the industry.

The nomination deadline is October 7, 2022

We will accept submissions as long as the form remains open.
