Sarah Malone, Regional Vice President, brings over 15 years of property management experience to the Bozzuto team. Sarah currently oversees assets in Greater Los Angeles, Greater San Francisco and is located in Southern California. As a tenured industry professional with previous experience helping property management companies strategically enter new markets, Sarah has been selected to spearhead Bozzuto’s westward expansion. Sarah’s management expertise includes the lease up and stabilization of multiple asset types including small luxury, boutique properties as well as large mixed-use projects. Prior to opening Bozzuto’s west coast markets, Sarah’s previous experience includes the New Jersey, Boston and Washington, DC markets.
