Zachary Flora is the Vice President of Market Growth at Active Design Advisors Inc. (Adai), the operator of the Fitwel Certification and healthy building platform. In this role Zachary is focused on defining and executing Fitwel’s growth plan and strategy to ensure Fitwel is meeting the needs of the global real estate community. Zachary joined the Fitwel Team in April 2018 to provide direct support to high-value users across the real estate industry. Over the last 5+ years Zachary has cultivated a deep understanding of Fitwel’s users, products, and programs. Prior to Fitwel, Zachary worked at multiple technology and real estate companies developing and harnessing skills in business development, relationship management, and strategic planning. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware in Health and Behavior Sciences and a Masters of Arts in Urban Planning from Georgetown University.
