John Sebree is the National Director of the Marcus & Millichap
Multifamily Division and the IPA Multifamily Division. Mr. Sebree’s
primary focus is guiding the strategic expansion of the multifamily
sales force by working closely with the firms experienced agents in
the development of relationships with the most active private capital
and institutional clients throughout North America. John started his
brokerage career in the Chicago office of Marcus & Millichap in 1991
and established a reputation for effectively brokering larger
multifamily properties throughout the Midwest. During his tenure as
an agent, he developed a strong brokerage practice in Chicago,
opened the firm’s Indianapolis office and earned numerous Plaque
Awards, eight National Achievement Awards, and Top 20 and
Chairman’s Club designations. Mr. Sebree assumed his current
executive position in 2012 and is based in the Marcus & Millichap
Chicago Downtown office
