Brian K. Hinds Jr. serves as Director of the Bridge Opportunity Zones strategy. Brian’s duties include leading the deal transaction process, which includes underwriting for deal acquisition, joint-venture negotiations, and due diligence. Since joining the firm in 2019, he has transacted over $4.0 billion in development projects (25). Brian has over 14 years of experience in real estate and finance. Before joining Bridge, Brian worked at Clarion Partners, UBS Wealth Management, and J.P. Morgan Corporate & Investment Bank. Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University and his Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.
