Mariana Robina is Senior Vice President of Investments & Finance, where she oversees all aspects of the firm’s investment strategy, including acquisitions, portfolio management, accounting and financial controls, and investor relations. Mariana joined EPC in 2013 and has been a driving force behind the multifamily firm’s expansion, enabling it to close on more than $1 billion in multifamily assets in Florida and Texas and raise and deploy close to $500 million in investor capital over the past decade. She also established the firm’s property management platform, Vidalta.

Prior to joining EPC, Mariana worked at MIRA Companies (Black Creek Group) on evaluating development of residential and mixed-use opportunities valued in over $500 million. She earned her MBA from Babson College F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana. Mariana is an active member of CREW Miami, the Urban Land Institute and has been a member of the Women Leader Initiative Committee of ULI SE Florida/Caribbean.
