Patricia Wallace has been with Quantum Fiber for 17 years and has held several leadership roles throughout her career within the telecommunications industry.  
Patricia is the Manager of the East Region Multifamily Development and Sales team for Quantum Fiber, a segment within the Mass Markets division of Lumen, a global technology company based in Monroe, LA. serving customers in North America and 60 countries around the world.   
 
Since joining the organization in 2004, Patricia has managed diverse operational and support teams ranging from call center, retail and MDU with Connected Communities.
