Tom Noble is the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Archway Capital, a Los Angeles-based alternative real estate investment manager specializing in short-term financing solutions.
Noble is responsible for managing all inter-departmental operations and overseeing the firm’s expansive portfolio management business, which includes senior loans, second mortgages, mezzanine capital and preferred joint equity. As such, he is involved with all aspects of the loan origination process, including sourcing, underwriting, marketing, portfolio implementation and portfolio oversight. Noble has been at the helm of expanding Archway’s national presence and creating a series of open-ended funds to facilitate the company’s loan origination targets and opportunistic acquisitions.
With nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate finance, Nobel has held positions at Morton Capital Management and Dimensional Fund Advisors. He joined Archway Capital in 2016 as the Vice President of originations and underwriting for the debt and structured finance division, and he advanced to his current role within two years. During his tenure with the firm, he has originated TKTK in loan transactions.
Noble earned an MBA in real estate finance from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and has a Bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Southern California. He is a certified personal investment manager and holds a designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
