Zach Persky serves as the Vice President of Acquisitions for Quinn Residences and is responsible for deal sourcing, business development and oversight of the underwriting team. Zach joined Quinn in April of 2020 and began his time as a senior associate on the acquisitions team, where he developed Quinn’s underwriting model and managed the investment committee approval process. In his time at Quinn, he has sourced over 15 acquisitions comprising approximately 2,000 units across the Southeast, representing over $600 million of total asset value once fully developed.



Prior to joining Quinn, Zach began his career in real estate investment banking at KeyBanc Capital Markets in Cleveland, OH, where he worked for 4 years. In 2019, he moved to an Acquisitions role with Passco Companies in Newport Beach, CA. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rollins College where he was captain of the baseball team.
