Tim is a Senior Director at Nuveen Real Estate, responsible for alternative housing investments and strategic transactions. Primary responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and executing new investment opportunities that meet the Nuveen Real Estate investment mandates. Since joining the firm in 2014, Tim has been involved in over $4.0 billion of real estate transactions across property types. Prior to joining the firm, he held roles in asset management and corporate finance at Washington Real Estate Investment Trust. Tim graduated with a B.S. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He also holds the CFA designation.
