Nestor Mejia is responsible for all Shoma Group field operations, from land development to completion of construction of both residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Mejia has an intense experience on schematic design, generation of construction documents, systems of construction, construction administration, owner representation and project management in the real estate development industry.
Prior to joining Shoma Group, Mr. Mejia was a Construction Manager and a Project Manager for some of the largest real estate development and architecture/engineering companies in South Florida.
Mr. Mejia is a trained architect graduated from the University of Miami School of Architecture.
