CPP president Anand Kannan is responsible for leading the preservation and development teams. CPP enriches lives by recapitalizing, rehabilitating and preserving aging affordable housing communities. Since taking the helm in 2010, he has overseen the company's growth into 14 states, holding 11,000 units and growing the team from 2 people to 27 people. Anand is passionate about affordable housing preservation and is well regarded for his innate ability to make complex transactions seem effortless - to the benefit of developers, residents and the greater community. He earned a bachelor of arts in economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Berkeley.
