As Executive Vice President of Development at McCourt Partners, Patrick Rhodes provides strategic oversight and helps drive the company’s investment strategy. Based in Los Angeles, Patrick is focused on executing and expanding McCourt Partners' real estate initiatives while ensuring they align with the firm’s long-term vision.

Patrick joins McCourt Partners from Brookfield Properties, where he served as Senior Vice President of Development. There, he oversaw the west region mixed-use development group. During his time at Brookfield Properties, Patrick oversaw a pipeline of more than $5 billion in development opportunities, which included more than 10,000 multifamily units and 2 million square feet of commercial space.
With over 16 years of experience in development, Patrick has also held roles at CIM Group, where he executed on ~$1 billion of development projects in key urban markets, and at Sora Development, where he served as Vice President of Development.

Patrick received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Virginia Tech, a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, and an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
