Zach Solomon is a Managing Director and Principal at The Solomon Organization one of the most recognizable residential rental real estate names in the country.
Mr. Solomon has been an integral part of The Solomon Organization team for nearly two decades starting out where he orchestrated the first of several of the company’s milestone moments, the 2005 purchase of the 2,800 units in 12 communities in New York’s Capital Region. The company’s aggressive acquisition strategy implemented under his leadership has been the impetus for its reorganization into three regions: Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, each with holdings in communities experiencing recent population growth including Detroit, Columbus, Chapel-Hill and Albany.
The Solomon Organization’s portfolio currently includes 20,500 well-priced, well-located, amenitized garden-style apartment communities and other properties in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina and Wisconsin.
Mr. Solomon holds a degree from the University of Denver. He chaired an annual fundraising event for the Jewish Guild for the Blind’s Young Person’s committee, has been a member of the board for Breakthrough New York, an organization that empowers motivated students from low-income backgrounds to graduate from college and access a fulfilling career and supports The Schwarzman Animal Medical Center.
