Matt Connors is currently serving as the Vice President of Sinatra Development, with offices in Buffalo, NY, and Tampa, FL. A Cornell University graduate of the class of '09, Connors brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the realm of multi-family development.
In his role as Vice President of Development, Connors has spearheaded projects totaling over $220 million across various domains, including affordable/low-income housing, nonprofit offices, brownfield cleanup programs, historic preservation, hospitality and restaurant ventures, mixed-use downtown hubs, and Opportunity Zones. Additionally, he manages an impressive $255 million development pipeline spanning New York and Florida.
Connors has played a pivotal role as the Executive Co-Developer for the comprehensive master plan for the City of Erie, Pennsylvania. This transformative initiative involves the revitalization of 14 buildings and the implementation of an infrastructure plan over a 5-year, $200 million project.
Beyond his professional commitments, Connors actively engages in community service and leadership roles. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Development Advisory Council as part of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership and has been appointed by the Buffalo Common Council to the Affordable Housing Coalition to address the region's affordable housing challenges. An education advocate, he was recently appointed as a Board Member for Say Yes to Education, that provides scholarships and grants for students to attend colleges and universities without the financial barriers to entry.
As a Board Member of the Against the Storm Foundation and a former Board Member of ULI Young Leaders, Connors is dedicated to philanthropic endeavors. He has demonstrated his commitment through fundraising efforts, leading to over $200,000 in donations to Mental Health Advocates of WNY, Leukemia Lymphoma Society and Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

Matt received his Bachelor of Science at Cornell University and is a former professional hockey player.
