Rob Paulsen is a director at JPI, a national, vertically integrated multifamily developer and builder. Based in Florida, Rob leads JPI’s development efforts across the state, with a focus on sourcing, underwriting, and executing new multifamily opportunities in high‑growth markets including Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville.

Rob brings more than a decade of experience delivering large‑scale multifamily and mixed‑use developments across the Sun Belt. His background spans the full development lifecycle, including site selection, underwriting, entitlements, construction, and financing.
Rob holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, along with graduate and undergraduate degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from BYU.
