Casey joined Bonaventure in 2023 as the Portfolio Manager for the company’s perpetual life multifamily fund and its parent holding company. Prior to Bonaventure, Casey sourced and acquired Class B/B+ multifamily communities through a single-member LLC called Pinpoint, acquiring 884 units throughout Virginia and North Carolina markets with dispositions realizing net-to-investor returns of a 56.2% IRR and 2.5x equity multiple. Before founding Pinpoint, he was a member of Starwood Capital Group’s acquisitions team, where he completed $1.2 billion of transactions across multifamily, office, retail, and industrial assets. Casey received a B.A. in Government from Harvard in 2014.
