Clay has closed in all segments of the multifamily sector throughout the United States from student housing to assisted living and from luxury lifestyle communities to LIHTC properties serving the lowest income populations in the country. Clay’s relationships with a broad swath of capital providers from regional/national banks, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, Life Insurance Companies, Debt Funds and CMBS gives his clients elite access to every corner of capital markets. Clay received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University in Religious Studies and his MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business with a focus on Real Estate finance. Clay is the proud father of two girls, Paloma, 19, and Celeste, 13, and lives in Incline Village, Nevada.
