Ralph Johnson is the Head of Business Development at Neighbor, where he leads strategic partnerships and growth initiatives that help property owners unlock new revenue streams by monetizing underutilized parking and storage space. With over a decade of experience spanning business development, partnerships, and real estate finance, Ralph has a proven track record of driving revenue and operational efficiency in the multifamily, commercial real estate, and parking industries. In 2024, he was awarded 40 Under 40 in parking by the National Parking Association.

Prior to joining Neighbor, he held leadership roles at Avail as Head of Partnerships and has experience in acquisitions and asset management for Allstate Real Estate Investments and Cottonwood Residential. He began his career at Goldman Sachs. Ralph earned his MBA from Brigham Young University and a BS in Business Management–Finance from BYU–Idaho.
