Steve Golove is an Executive Vice President and Regional Manager at Banc of California. He leads a team that originates, underwrites, closes and manages a large portfolio of construction, bridge and secured mini-perm loans spanning all major commercial real estate (CRE) asset classes, as well as Low-Income Housing Tax Credit construction and permanent financing. Mr. Golove and his team provide CRE owners, operators, developers and investors with project financing and relationship banking products. This includes working capital lines, capital call facilities and a full menu of operational services such as deposit products, cash management and treasury management services. Mr. Golove has more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of CRE. Before joining Banc of California in November 2023, Mr. Golove spent 10 years at Pacific Western Bank. He started with the company as a Senior Vice President and Team Lead for new business development and became an Executive Vice President in the Los Angeles Region in 2020. Mr. Golove earned his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta and his MBA from Penn State.
