Nickolay Bochilo is Chief Investment Officer and Partner at Bell Partners, a private apartment investment and management company with a portfolio consisting of over 90,000 homes located in major U.S. markets. Nickolay oversees the national investment platform covering acquisitions, dispositions, and related debt financing, as well as the firm’s research and data Analytics platform. He serves on the Executive and Investment Committees.

Nickolay holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and a BS degree in Business and Economics from Greensboro College, where he graduated with honors and served on the Board of Trustees.
