As Director of Acquisitions, Ian leads the acquisitions team and is responsible for sourcing and managing investment opportunities across the Western United States for Hamilton Zanze. Since joining HZ in 2022, he has been involved in more than $800 million in transactions, including joint ventures, distressed loan portfolios, and single-asset transactions.
Prior to HZ, Ian served as a Director of Capital Markets at Newmark in San Francisco. He has also held roles at Personal Capital and Morgan Stanley.
Ian earned his B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University, where he played on the NCAA baseball team. He resides in San Francisco and enjoys golfing, surfing, and spending time outdoors.
