Lindsey Romano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry, known for her strategic acumen and leadership capabilities. Since 2006, she has been a vital part of AvalonBay Communities, where she currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, Lindsey oversees the Southern California and Texas regions, managing a portfolio of 22,000 apartments. Additionally, she leads the Joint Venture and Developer Funding Program platforms, demonstrating her comprehensive expertise in asset management and strategic development.
