Influencers in Multifamily 2024

The multifamily sector has had an uphill climb over the past year. Rent growth has slowed and supply has exploded giving tenants more leeway in where they choose to live. And like the rest of the commercial real estate sector, property owners are facing higher interest rates on debt coming due that had been underwritten in a different environment. Still, multifamily remains a solid favorite for investors. Despite the current headwinds, it is widely assumed that these are transitory and that its fundamentals remain sound for the long run.

GlobeSt. is shining a spotlight on some of the biggest influencers across the sector. The 2024 Influencers in Multifamily Real Estate recognition will feature some of the most notable professionals in the multifamily scene, from developers, investors and brokers to those introducing new concepts and products to the business. GlobeSt. will honor not only individual pioneers who have made an impact through their efforts, but also entire organizations and the teams within that have helped shape the multifamily field and where it is headed.

The extended nomination deadline is Friday, June 28.

Once the nomination portal is closed, we will no longer accept submissions. 

What You Need to Know

  • You may nominate individuals, teams or organizations. If nominating individuals, please submit no more than five nominees per company. If nominating a team or company, please include only leaders and key members. We encourage you to limit your entries to those who have made indelible impacts on the business.
  • Each submission for an individual nominee must include a professional headshot. Image must be in color, minimum 300 dpi files in .jpg format.
  • For preparation purposes, the complete nomination form, including all questions and word limits, is available for download here. Final entries must be submitted via the Nominate Now portal (e-mail and fax are not acceptable). Late entries will not be considered.
