Influencers in Multifamily 2025

GlobeSt. is shining a spotlight on some of the biggest influencers across the sector. The 2025 Influencers in Multifamily Real Estate recognition will feature some of the most notable professionals in the multifamily scene, from developers, investors and brokers to those introducing new concepts and products to the business. GlobeSt. will honor not only individual pioneers who have made an impact through their efforts, but also entire organizations and the teams within that have helped shape the multifamily field and where it is headed.

The nomination deadline is June 17, 2025.

Once the nomination portal is closed, we will no longer accept submissions.

What You Need to Know

  • You may nominate individuals, teams or organizations. If nominating individuals, please submit no more than five nominees per company. If nominating a team or company, please include only leaders and key members. We encourage you to limit your entries to those who have made indelible impacts on the business.
  • Individual nominations must include a professional headshot, and company nominations must include the organization’s logo. Images must be in color, minimum 300 dpi files in .jpg format.
  • Please do not include any confidential information in your submission. The editors will utilize the provided information to create the recognition bios.
  • For preparation purposes, the complete nomination form is available for download here. Please note that all final entries must be submitted online via the nomination portal portal (e-mail and fax are not acceptable). Late entries will not be considered.
