GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum Presents

Influencers in Healthcare Real Estate 2022

The healthcare real estate sector has fared well over the past few years. Medical office buildings performed admirably during the COVID-19 crisis and have now become permanent fixtures in many investors' portfolios. Skilled nursing properties also continue to gain traction from investors lining up to take advantage of opportunities in the space.

Healthcare real estate professionals have navigated the uncertainty of the pandemic and its effects on the sector, including the implementation of new technology at properties and the overall delivery of healthcare services. These professionals have successfully altered how spaces are used and adapted to new safety protocols, and they are well-positioned to handle whatever changes the future may bring.

In that spirit, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum is seeking to shine a spotlight on the professionals, teams and companies that shape the healthcare real estate market and continue to drive its performance. This Influencers series installment will profile not only the pioneers who have made an impact with their individual efforts, but also groups and entire organizations that have become critical to the industry. Be it through their contributions to the industry, the vast successes they’ve racked up in completing deals and projects, or the innovations and best practices they’ve introduced to the business, these are the 2022 Influencers in Healthcare Real Estate.
