GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum Presents

Influencers in Healthcare Real Estate 2021

The healthcare real estate sector is well on its way to recovery from the pandemic. Medical office buildings, which performed admirably during the crisis, are now permanent fixtures in many investors’ portfolios. Skilled nursing, for its part, is also recovering albeit from a deeper through with private sector investors lining up to take advantage of opportunities in this space.

Changes are afoot, of course, mainly in the guise of new technology that promises to remake processes that could affect the related real estate. And in a deeper sense, the country is rethinking how healthcare should be delivered after a harrowing year of a nationwide health scare.

The men and women who navigated the effects of the pandemic on healthcare real estate are well positioned to handle whatever changes the future may bring. After all, they adapted on the fly how spaces were used, new safety protocols and later, the mass vaccination of the US populace.

In that spirit, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum is looking to shine a spotlight on the people and firms who shape the healthcare real estate market and continue to drive its performance. The next installment of our Influencers series will profile not only the pioneers who have made an impact with their individual efforts, but also teams and entire organizations that have become critical to the industry. Be it through their contributions to the industry, the vast successes they’ve racked up in completing deals and projects, or the innovations and best practices they’ve introduced to the business, these are the 2021 Influencers in Healthcare Real Estate.
