GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum Presents

Influencers in CRE Technology 2023

Partially propelled by the pandemic, the commercial real estate sector is moving forward with innovations, that just a few years ago seemed all but out of reach.

Utilizing big data, artificial intelligence and smart mobility, commercial real estate professionals are furthering practices, including digital lease transactions, virtual apartment tours, communication applications, flexible payment options, crowdfunding platforms, telehealth services, e-commerce fulfillment center tools and more.

Such advances are filtering down to daily activities in their respective sectors, such as the use of facial recognition by multifamily landlords for access to garages and interior doors. Expect to see more use of this advanced tech in every day interactions with end-users as the industry becomes more and more comfortable with these platforms.

For GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum's next Influencer series, we are seeking commercial real estate professionals that assist companies in managing processes through their technological expertise and their ability to quickly adapt. These experts have impacted the marketplace through new and/or improved technology applications. Be it through their contributions to the industry, the vast successes they’ve racked up, or the innovations and best practices they've introduced to the business, these are the 2023 Influencers in Commercial Real Estate Technology.

The nomination deadline is October 5, 2022

We will accept submissions as long as the form remains open.
