In partnership with Hien Le, Mr.Giles is responsible for Constellation’s strategic growth and oversight. Specifically, Mr. Giles focuses on evaluating and executing logistics property development and value-add acquisitions with a keen appreciation for customer needs. He is a member of the Constellation Investment Committee and the Board of Directors.
Before co-founding Constellation, Mr. Giles spent 19 years at Prologis in a variety of roles. He headed the Customer Led Solutions team, serving the needs of the most prominent corporate occupiers of logistics space worldwide. He also led teams in the Central, Southwest, and Southeast regions that executed more than $10 billion in development, acquisitions, and dispositions. In addition to his nineteen years with Prologis, Mr. Giles also has prior experience in the transportation, management consulting, and merchant energy fields.
Mr. Giles holds both a B.A. and an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
