GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum Presents

Influencers in Industrial Real Estate 2023

The industrial market continues to be a top-performing commercial real estate sector, but there are subtle signs that the industry is beginning to experience slight headwinds. Vacancy rates are rising and the lead developer in this space, Prologis, is no longer building on spec for the time being. Still, demand is burgeoning and that is expected to continue.

Other developments promise to drive growth: e-commerce, although it has leveled off, is a major driver and the product itself is evolving with such developments as multi-story warehouses and innovations to robotics and automation. And although capital has tightened up across the board, it remains robust for industrial.

As the environment undergoes these changes, experts in the industrial real estate space will have to work that much harder to stay ahead.

Aiming to recognize the efforts that drive the sector’s spectacular performance, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum is shining a spotlight on the professionals and companies that have helped shape the industrial real estate market.

GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s 2023 Influencers in Industrial Real Estate recognition will highlight not only individual pioneers who have made an impact through their efforts, but also entire organizations and the teams within that have become critical to the industry. Be it through their contributions to the industry, the vast successes they’ve racked up in completing deals and projects, or the innovations and best practices they’ve introduced to the business, these are commercial real estate’s Influencers in Industrial Real Estate.
