GlobeSt. presents...

Influencers in Industrial Real Estate 2024

The industrial market continues to be a top-performing commercial real estate sector, despite the headwinds that have kept transactions at lower levels than the industry would like. One bright sign for the industry is that investment sale prices rose more than 9% in the first quarter, illustrating the high demand for these assets. Other developments promise to propel growth: e-commerce is a major driver and the product itself is evolving with such developments as multi-story warehouses and innovations to robotics and automation. And although capital has tightened up across the board, it remains robust for industrial.
Aiming to recognize the efforts that drive the sector’s spectacular performance, GlobeSt. is shining a spotlight on the professionals, teams and companies that have helped shape the industrial real estate market.
GlobeSt.'s 2024 Influencers in Industrial recognition will highlight not only individual pioneers who have made an impact through their efforts, but also entire organizations and the teams within that have become critical to the industry. Be it through their contributions to the industry, the vast successes they’ve racked up in completing deals and projects, or the innovations and best practices they’ve introduced to the business, these are commercial real estate’s Influencers in Industrial Real Estate.
