GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum Presents

Influencers in INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE 2020

Of all of the commercial real estate sectors, the industrial market maintains arguably the most consistent activity among investors, tenants and developers. Considering the variety of components driving this particular market, such as innovations to robotics and automation, advanced logistics and supply chain offerings, and increased e-commerce demand, the industrial sector continues to thrive as a steady, reliable investment opportunity.

Aiming to recognize the efforts that continue to drive the sector’s spectacular performance, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum is shining a spotlight on the people and firms who have helped shape the industrial real estate market.

This next installment of our Influencers series will profile not only individual pioneers who have made an impact through their efforts, but also entire organizations and the teams within that have become critical to the industry.

From developers, tenants and investors, to brokers, managers and consultants, these are the individuals, teams and firms that have generated significant, recognizable impacts on the business.

Be it through their contributions to the industry, the vast successes they’ve racked up in completing deals and projects, or the innovations and best practices they’ve introduced to the business, these are Commercial Real Estate’s INFLUENCERS in Industrial Real Estate.
