GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum Presents

Influencers in Industrial Real Estate 2022

Among commercial real estate’s top-performing sectors, the industrial market continues to boom, remaining a consistent favorite among investors and developers. Demand continues to swamp supply and Cushman & Wakefield predicts that rent growth for warehouse and logistics space will grow by more than 15% during the next two years; class A and new construction rents are forecast to jump by even more.

E-commerce continues to fuel demand, driving many tenants to scramble for the limited space available. At the same time the product itself is evolving with such developments as multistory warehouses and innovations to robotics and automation. Capital is plentiful with lenders happy to finance warehouse construction and dry powder jostling for acquisition opportunities.

In this environment, industrial real estate professionals are working harder than ever to continue the sector’s astounding success. Aiming to recognize the efforts that drive the sector’s spectacular performance, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum is shining a spotlight on the professionals and companies that have helped shape the industrial real estate market.

GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum’s 2022 Influencers in Industrial Real Estate recognition will highlight not only individual pioneers who have made an impact through their efforts, but also entire organizations and the teams within that have become critical to the industry. Be it through their contributions to the industry, the vast successes they’ve racked up in completing deals and projects, or the innovations and best practices they’ve introduced to the business, these are commercial real estate’s Influencers in Industrial Real Estate.
