Despite the pandemic, Real Capital Analytics reported that industrial pricing was up 7.4% year-over-year in December 2020, and Colliers International reported that industrial absorption outpaced new supply deliveries last year, with US industrial inventory increasing by 2.4% in 2020.

Exhibiting growth throughout the pandemic due to increased e-commerce demand, the sector’s success is additionally driven by components such as advanced logistics and supply chain offerings and innovations to robotics and automation. As investment activity continues to pick up, investors across the country are aiming to expand their portfolios and looking toward industrial’s strong fundamentals for a reliable investment opportunity.

While still maneuvering the pandemic’s effect on the market, industrial real estate professionals are working harder than ever to continue the sector’s astounding success. Aiming to recognize the efforts that drive the sector’s spectacular performance, GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum is shining a spotlight on the professionals and companies that have helped shape the industrial real estate market.

What You Need to Know

  • You may nominate individuals, teams or organizations. If nominating individuals, please submit no more than five nominees per company. If nominating a team or company, please include only leaders and key members. We encourage you to limit your entries to those who have made indelible impacts on the business.
  • Each submission for an individual nominee must include a professional headshot. Image must be in color, minimum 300 dpi files in .jpg format. 
  • Final entries must be electronically submitted via the Nominate Now webpage (e-mail and fax are not acceptable). Late entries will not be considered.
