Kyle Arnold joined Newmark in 2025 and serves as a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s Denver, Colorado office. A 15-year corporate real estate veteran, Kyle brings deep expertise in healthcare strategy, transaction management, and organizational design, developed through both embedded and advisory roles with some of the nation’s largest health systems.

With more than a decade of experience advising health systems and medical institutional investors on real estate strategy, Kyle has played a pivotal role in shaping forward-looking real estate strategies for major healthcare organizations across the U.S. with prior roles at Kaiser Permanente, Common Spirit Health, and SCL Health.
