Billy was brought in by Montecito in 2019 to lead Asset Management. He possesses more than 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate and manages Montecito's growing portfolio of over 330 premier medical office buildings totaling more than 9 million square feet. He is responsible for the asset management, operations, leasing, and dispositions that drive investor returns and property values.
In his previous ventures, Billy managed 4.7 million square feet of medical office space with Healthpeak (NYSE: Peak) in key markets with national and regional health systems. He developed relationships with executives and real estate personnel with health systems, hospitals, and physician practices to optimize value and create strategic growth. He also managed retail and other commercial buildings in his time with Kimco (NYSE: KIM) and General Electric (NYSE: GE).
Billy is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and was a member of the 2003 Ivy League Champion football team. Billy and his wife, Kelly, reside in Nashville with their three sons.
